Simply special! We went there on our honeymoon and really appreciated the wholesome experience. Friendly hosts, always willing to make the experience more complete, awesome breakfast, which helped fuel us to walk around the town, and comfy room, with everything you need to get a good rest!

Simply wonderful place. The team here are so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is filling and the beds very comfortable. There are a great selection of bars and restaurants nearby too with fantastic food. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I was prompted to stay here after reading the reviews and it didn't disappoint. The staff there is INCREDIBLY welcoming and helpful and it feels like visiting old friends. The common areas and rooms are spotless and bright. The breakfast was GREAT (and I'm not overly enthusiastic about breakfast) and I agree with another review that it probably was the best I've had at a hotel. It is served individually and efficiently and feels again like you're at a friend's house who has just made you breakfast. The location is on a very quiet street that is about three blocks from the main road in the Italia neighborhood which has plenty of restaurants and bars (Badalu has a great shabby chic feel with great service and live music, with second story location that lets a nice breeze blow through), as well as boutique shopping. The Bellavista has more sights to see within close walking but is also more loud and chaotic. The hotel itself is small and cozy, with the rooms focused around a central stair

A wonderful and cozy place to stay in Santiago! Very friendly staff, all speak English, who make your stay enjoyable! Great breakfast and help navigating the city. Would highly recommend this place!
